Ingredients

  • Chana dal 2cups


  • Urad chilka dal 1cup


  • Garlic chop 1tsp


  • Ginger chop 1/2tsp


  • Onion chop 1


  • Green chilli chop 2


  • Tomato puree 2tsp


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Turmeric powder 1/2tsp


  • Red chilli 1/2tsp


  • Garam masala 1/4tsp


  • Oil 2tsp

Directions

  • Take a dal mix wash and soaked for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes cook with salt and turmeric for 10 minutes in slow heat.
  • Take a pan put oil add garlic saute then add onion,green chilli saute till golden brown then add all spices,ginger and tomato puree then add cooked dal mix.
  • Serve with rice,roti,papad,salad,fruits, veggies and mango pickle.
