Take a dal mix wash and soaked for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes cook with salt and turmeric for 10 minutes in slow heat.
Take a pan put oil add garlic saute then add onion,green chilli saute till golden brown then add all spices,ginger and tomato puree then add cooked dal mix.
Serve with rice,roti,papad,salad,fruits, veggies and mango pickle.
